Questions before you switch
How does $129 compare to the alternatives?
It’s a fraction of what form-suite and workflow-front-end tools cost. Formstack’s Suite starts at $250/mo when billed annually, and Jotform Enterprise is quote-based. FormNode ships an MCP server in the forms category and puts unlimited forms, submissions, and organizations on every paid plan.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Starter plan is free forever — ship a form without entering a card.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Starter workspaces can upgrade through checkout, and paid workspaces can schedule downgrades from the billing page. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds are issued.
What if you go away?
Two promises. First, the workflows you build in n8n, Make, Zapier, or your own automation stack live outside FormNode — they don’t need FormNode to keep existing. Submission data is exportable on every plan. Second, if FormNode is ever sunset, the codebase gets released as a free, open-source, self-hostable version so every form you built keeps running on hardware you control. You’re never stranded.
Will it work with ConnectWise / CIPP / Hudu / NinjaOne / my thing?
If it has a webhook or REST endpoint, yes. Real MSP flows already ship on ConnectWise, CIPP, Sherweb, ImmyBot, Hudu, and NinjaOne, and the same model works with internal APIs, ticketing systems, HR tools, field-service systems, and custom services.
Is my data encrypted?
Yes. AES-256 at rest, HTTP-only session cookies, role-based access control, and workspace isolation. Submissions decrypt only on explicit request.
