Billing and Cancellation Policy

This policy summarizes the billing terms that apply to paid FormNode subscriptions. It is part of the FormNode Terms of Service.

Plans and billing cycle

FormNode offers a free Starter plan and paid Pro and Business plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly, beginning on the date checkout is completed. Current plan prices and included features appear on the pricing page.

Merchant of record

Payments for FormNode subscriptions are processed by Creem.io, which acts as merchant of record. Creem's payment-processing terms also apply at checkout.

Renewal and cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel at any time from the FormNode billing settings. Paid access continues through the end of the current billing period. The workspace and its associated data are scheduled for permanent deletion 24 hours after that period ends, as described in the Terms of Service.

Refunds

FormNode does not provide refunds for partial months. If you cancel during a billing period, paid access continues for the remainder of that period and no prorated refund is issued.

Price changes

If FormNode increases the price of your current plan, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice by email before the new price takes effect. The Terms of Service govern acceptance of a price change.
